- Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on location and order weight.
- Estimated delivery after shipment (Standard): 3–6 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed.
Shipping Insurance
- Recommended: Purchase Shipping Insurance - add to your cart according to your check out total.
- Insurance protects against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
- Without insurance: Orders are not covered; we are not responsible once shipped.
- Claims are handled through InsureShield Claims Portal (via Pirate Ship).
Packaging Standards
- We use protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Despite precautions, damage during transit may occur.
Address Accuracy
- Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address.
- Returned orders due to incorrect/incomplete addresses:
- Customer pays reshipping fees.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- No address changes once the order is processed.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Damaged Orders
- If insured: Email [email protected] within 7 days, include order number and photos.
- If not insured: Contact the carrier directly (USPS or UPS) to file a claim.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing:
- Verify the shipping address
- Check with neighbors/household members
- Contact the carrier

Shipping Delays
