All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds unless your order qualifies under the limited circumstances described below.
Defective Products
Defective Products or Missing Pieces
If you receive a defective product (such as a metal die that does not cut properly) or your order is missing pieces, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
To submit a claim, email [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defective item or missing pieces
- A video showing the cutting process (required for cutting-related issues)
Claims submitted after the 7-day claim period or without the required documentation may be denied.
Please note that slight cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product are not considered defects.
Damaged Orders
Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our facility.
We strongly recommend purchasing Shipping Insurance at checkout to protect your order against loss or damage during transit.
If You Purchased Shipping Insurance
Please email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged shipping box
- Clear photos of the damaged product(s)
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the damaged item, as applicable.
If You Did Not Purchase Shipping Insurance
If shipping insurance was not purchased, you are responsible for filing a damage claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). Please retain all packaging materials and take clear photos of the package and its contents, as the carrier may require them to process your claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:
- We will contact you once it is received
- You will be responsible for paying the reshipping cost
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If Shipping Insurance was purchased, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you with the insurance claim process.
Chargebacks
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Customers agree to contact us first to allow us the opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may be contested using order records, tracking information, communications, and these published store policies.
