All sales are final. Items are not eligible for return or refund unless they meet one of the conditions below.
Defective Products
All products are carefully inspected before shipment. If you receive a defective item, or missing pieces, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Any claims after this time frame will not be processed

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defective item
Damaged Orders
We ensure that all packages are securely prepared before being handed off to the shipping carrier. Once the package is with the courier, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.
We strongly recommend purchasing Shipping Insurance at checkout for added protection.
- If you purchased shipping insurance:

Include your order number and photos of the damage. - If you did not purchase shipping insurance:
Please contact the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep your order confirmation and take photos, as they may be required.
Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:
- We will contact you once it is received
- You will be responsible for paying the reshipping cost
