  7. My die is not cutting correctly? What should I do? We take pride on the quality of our dies, but do understand that in some rare cases there can be a defective die.
We ask that you check the following before contacting us:
  • Check that your plates are not broken, curved or bent
  • Make sure you are not putting more layers than suggested on the care card.
  • Make sure you are using the correct plates and that they are completely covering the die.
  • Make sure you have cleaned your die as instructed for any debris in between the blades.
If you have done all of the above and the die is stil defective, please take a video showing us, and contact us immediately.

Please see our Return policy for more info.

8. The die does not fit in my sizzix. What should I do? We make sure we post on the listing which sizzix machine the die is compatible with. Please make sure you read they whole listing before purchasing. We cannot exchange or return the dies once they have been shipped.

9. How do I care for my Dies?
If you tossed out the care card we sent you, here are some tips:

  • Cover your die's foam side with masking tape, run it through your sizzix twice with the order operation (plate, die facing up, layer being cut, plate)
  • Only use plates that completely cover your die and that are not curved or bent.
  • Clean out any debris that can fall in between the blades with a weeding tool poke them out. ( this tends to happen to intricate and small image dies.)
  • Only use 1-2 pages (layers) of 65 lbs cardstock for intricate dies, and 3 layers for more simple shape dies. Anything thicker than 65 lbs only use one layer at a time. This will help keep your blades sharp.
10. My foam unglued from the die at the edges, why?  Our foam is made of a sturdier material, lifting on edges tends to happen during shipment and weather conditions. Once you  pass it through the machine 2-3 times and it will glue it back down. If stil persists, carefully add a drop of gorilla glue in between the die and the foam and glue it back down. . This does affect or prevent the diecut from perfoming correctly.

11. The tape on the side of the die ripped off, why did this happen? This tends to happen with large dies, because sometimes we dont center the die correctly and it goes lompsided, the machine will rip the tape on the sides.
You can purchase the tape from my website and retape it as well. This is normal and doesn't change the functionality of the die.

12. Why is my RTS not shipping? If you ordered RTS in combo with Pre-order, we will hold your order to ship everything together once the pre-order items arrive. If you wish to have the RTS shipped to you first, send us an email, we will give you a total to add to shipping cost so we can ship them separate.
